Paul Rifenberg is the Director of Golf Operations at Wycliffe Golf and Country Club in Wellington, Florida, where he has been a valued team member since 2000. A native of Wellington and a lifelong Floridian, Rifenberg discovered his passion for competitive golf during his freshman year of high school and went on to win his High School District Championship as a senior.

Rifenberg continued his golf career at Florida Atlantic University, where he played as the number one golfer on the team for two years. After graduation, he turned professional and competed on several mini tours in South Florida, maintaining an impressive 71 scoring average. His competitive fire still burns bright, as he holds the course record on both the East and West courses at Wycliffe from the black tees with a score of 65 and maintains a better-than-scratch handicap.

With over two decades of experience at Wycliffe, Rifenberg is recognized as one of the top professionals in the area for teaching members at all skill levels. His hands-on approach to instruction emphasizes developing long-term practice habits and sustaining overall enjoyment of the game. Whether helping beginners build a foundation or guiding advanced players toward lower scores, Rifenberg brings the perspective of a lifelong competitor to every lesson.
