Paul Clivio is the Director of Golf at St. Andrews Country Club in Boca Raton, Florida, where he has served the membership with distinction for nearly 30 years. A highly decorated PGA Professional, Clivio has earned recognition at the local, regional, and national levels for his exceptional leadership and innovative approach to golf operations.

Among his most notable honors, Clivio is a two-time recipient of the Bill Strausbaugh Award, presented by the PGA Southeast Florida Chapter in recognition of professionals who mentor their peers and serve their communities. He was named the 2020 Golf Professional of the Year by the PGA Southeast Florida Chapter and received the 2017 Callaway Golf Professional of the Year award. He holds the distinction of being a Master Staff Professional for Callaway Golf.

Clivio has also served in PGA leadership, progressing from Secretary to Vice-President before being elected President of the PGA Southeast Florida Chapter for the 2018-2019 term. His golf shop at St. Andrews has earned the Platinum Award for Top 100 Golf Shops in America three consecutive years, and he has received 11 consecutive Distinguished Achievement Awards from BoardRoom Magazine. Known for his out-of-the-box thinking, Clivio has built one of the most respected golf programs in South Florida.
