Wendi Wiese is a PGA Professional and the founder of Texas Team Junior Golf, an innovative academy based in the Bryan-College Station area that has reimagined how young players learn the game. A former collegiate golfer at Texas A&M University, where she earned a Big 12 Championship and made two NCAA National Championship appearances, Wiese brings both competitive experience and a deep understanding of player development to her teaching.

Before founding Texas Team, Wiese spent 11 years as the assistant women's golf coach at Texas A&M University, where her leadership contributed to four Big 12 Championship team wins, 12 tournament victories, seven NCAA Division I National Championship appearances, and five NCAA All-Americans. She entered the PGA program while working at Vail Golf Club in Colorado and later served as an Assistant Professional at the prestigious Desert Highlands Golf Club in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Wiese's teaching philosophy prioritizes consistency over intensity, emphasizing that focused daily practice yields better results than occasional marathon sessions. She is a two-time Operation 36 Top 50 Instructor and a US Kids Golf Top 50 Instructor, recognized for her ability to build community in junior golf and develop young players through games, discovery-based learning, and emotional intelligence. Her work has been particularly impactful in creating welcoming environments for female junior golfers.
