PJ Schmitz is the Player Development Manager and Instructor at First Tee – Greater Austin's Harvey Penick Golf Campus, having first volunteered with the organization at age 14 before building a career dedicated to youth golf development and helping young players earn spots on high school and college teams. A Concordia University Texas alumnus and two-time First Team All-District golfer, he brings both competitive experience and a deep personal connection to the First Tee mission.
