William H. "Bill" Hartley was a lifetime member of the PGA of America who served as the Golf Professional at Camp Pendleton for 25 years, teaching the game to juniors and adults of all ages in the Oceanside, California area. A graduate of Wake Forest College, he was a multiple SCPGA Golfer of the Year honoree and one of Southern California's most respected club professionals.
