Placke's experience at a top-tier resort provided him with exposure to elite-level instruction and operations. He has also worked with the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour and in corporate roles, giving him a broad perspective on the golf industry. His current focus on youth development through the First Tee program reflects his passion for introducing new players to the game and using golf as a vehicle for character development.
