Dean Zahn is a PGA Professional and South Dakota Golf Association Hall of Fame inductee who served as General Manager and Head Golf Professional at Moccasin Creek Country Club in Aberdeen, South Dakota for 32 years (1992-2024). An Arizona State University graduate and PGA Class A Member since 1992, Dean was instrumental in developing junior golf statewide, starting the First Tee program in both Sioux Falls and Aberdeen. His Dakota Chapter PGA awards include Golf Professional of the Year (2002), Junior Golf Leader (2006, 2017), Facility Promoter Leader of the Year (2015), and Minnesota PGA Section Youth Development Award (2016). He now serves as SDGA Director of Competitions.
