Josh Alpert, PGA, is the founder of Good Swings Happen Junior Golf Academy at The Lakes at El Segundo, where he has grown from golf shop staff to running a nine-pro academy delivering approximately 4,000 individual junior lessons annually over more than 20 years. A FlowCode Golf Master Trainer specializing in youth instruction for ages 5–14, he earned the 2018 SCPGA Youth Player Development Award, the 2023 SCPGA Teacher and Coach of the Year Award, and was inducted into the California Teaching and Coaching Hall of Fame in 2024.
