Leigh Bader is the PGA Head Professional and co-owner of Pine Oaks Golf Course in South Easton, Massachusetts, where he has operated for over 40 years alongside his business partner Joe Ricci. A graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, Bader is a two-time winner of the PGA of America's National Merchandiser of the Year award and a two-time NEPGA Merchandiser of the Year. Golf Digest has recognized Joe and Leigh's Discount Golf Pro Shop as one of America's 100 Best Golf Shops 17 times, and the publication has also named it among the best clubfitting operations in the country. Beyond merchandising, Bader oversees the Golf Performance Center at Pine Oaks, which offers group instruction and individual lessons. His wife Diane, an LPGA Teaching Professional, also instructs at the facility, making Pine Oaks a true family-run destination for golf improvement and equipment in southeastern Massachusetts.
