Randy Hernly is a PGA Professional and Director of Golf Operations at Stonewall Resort in Roanoke, West Virginia, where he has served since the resort's grand opening in 2002. He personally met Arnold Palmer on opening day when the legendary golfer kicked off public play at the Palmer Course, an 18-hole championship layout designed by Palmer's design firm. Throughout his tenure, Randy has overseen the growth and development of the golf program at this acclaimed mountain resort, which has been recognized as one of the top courses in West Virginia. A champion of junior golf, Randy introduced a program allowing juniors 18 and under to play free when accompanied by a paying adult. He also directs tournaments including the Mountain Eagle Open, demonstrating his expertise in event management alongside his dedication to daily golf operations and instruction at this scenic mountain golf destination.
