Ryan Baillif is a PGA Professional and golf instructor at Lakeway Country Club in Lakeway, Texas, where he provides private and group instruction to club members and guests in the scenic Texas Hill Country west of Austin. With roots in the Austin area golf scene dating back to his days playing on the Hays High School Golf Team, Baillif brings local knowledge and a competitive background to his teaching.

Baillif continued his golf career at the collegiate level, competing at UTSA and Texas State University, where he earned a spot on the traveling five. After college, he gained valuable professional experience at the Hills Country Club before joining The Academy of Golf as a teaching professional in 2006, where he has worked alongside other accomplished instructors for nearly two decades.

An active competitor in Texas professional golf circles, Baillif has played on several Hannon Cup teams and continues to participate in tournaments across the state, including a win at the Blaine McCallister Invitational Tournament in 2018. This ongoing competitive involvement keeps his skills sharp and provides him with current insight into shot-making and course management that directly benefits his students. At Lakeway Country Club, he works with golfers of all abilities, combining his deep playing experience with a practical, results-oriented teaching approach.
