Dale G. Briggs, PGA serves as the Director of Golf and Instruction at Knollwood Fairways in Southern Pines, North Carolina, one of the Sandhills region's most respected practice and instruction facilities. A dedicated club fitter and instructor, Briggs earned national recognition when he and colleague Fred VanSteen were named the 2010 PING National Fitter of the Year for their work expanding Knollwood's teaching and practice facility into a full-service fitting operation. Under his guidance, hundreds of golfers have benefited from PING fitting technology combined with expert instruction. Briggs offers individual and group lessons and designs custom programs for special occasions and corporate events. His combination of fitting expertise and teaching skill allows him to take a holistic approach to improvement, ensuring that students are not only swinging correctly but playing with properly fitted equipment.
