Dave Licalsi teaches through the Dave Pelz Short Game School, part of the most recognized and scientifically grounded short game instruction program in golf — a curriculum developed by Dave Pelz, whose research into the mechanics and statistics of the short game has influenced how every serious student of the game thinks about chipping, pitching, bunker play, and putting. The Pelz methodology is built around a scientific approach to understanding where shots are actually lost on the scorecard and what specific skills and techniques produce the greatest scoring improvements for the greatest number of players, and Licalsi's instruction through this established program delivers those insights to students in a structured, research-backed framework that distinguishes it from intuition-based short game coaching.
