Geoffrey Dean is the Director of Player Development at PGA WEST in La Quinta, California, a position he has held since January 2014. With over 30 years in the golf industry, Geoff began his career as a touring professional in 1989, competing in hundreds of events across North America. He earned his BBA in Business Administration from the University of San Diego (1989) and has since built a distinguished career in golf instruction, competition, and corporate team building through his company Geoff Dean PGA Enterprises. Geoff was named the 2016 Desert PGA Teacher of the Year and received the 2016 SCPGA Player Development Award, recognizing his commitment to growing the game at one of golf's most iconic destinations.
