Under his leadership, the Fazio Foothills course underwent a significant renovation featuring new Tif 419 Hybrid Bermuda fairways, renovated white-sand bunkers, and newly-shaped TifEagle putting surfaces, along with a large-scale tree-thinning project that re-exposed the stunning natural Hill Country terrain. Phillip's expertise spans golf instruction, resort operations, and course management, and he is dedicated to ensuring that guests and members experience the full beauty and challenge of championship golf in the Texas Hill Country.
