What is your top golf achievement? My years (from 1992 to 2004) with SunBelt Golf, the management company that runs the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail. What is your favorite golf moment? Playing in an exhibition in the early 1980s with Byron Nelson at New Orleans Country Club where I was the professional at the time. He had a real dignity about him and was a true gentleman to play with. Who is your mentor? I have two: Dick Forrester, the former head golf professional at Houston Country Club, who I worked under for 21/2 years, and Robert M. Monsted Jr., who was a past president at New Orleans CC and a USGA regional director. What is your favorite golf tip?
