Thomas R. Inczauskis, MBA is a PGA Master Professional in Instruction who serves as Director and Associate Professor of Sport Management and Chair of PGA Golf, Tennis & Sport Management at Methodist University's Reeves School of Business in Fayetteville, North Carolina. A graduate of Governor's State University with an MBA from Methodist University, Inczauskis has been a Head Professional at three different golf facilities and served as Assistant Director of Methodist's PGA Golf Management Program from 2005 to 2022. As Women's Head Golf Coach from 2009 to 2022, he led the Monarchs to four NCAA Division III National Championship titles, including three consecutive titles in his first three seasons, earning the Jackie Steinmann WGCA National Coach of the Year award in 2021. He is a member of the PGA President's Council for Growing the Game of Golf and brings unparalleled expertise in both competitive coaching and golf instruction methodology.
